Nnamulu Institute is particularly interested in making presentations (key Note Address, Workshops, One-on-One discussions, etc) on any of the above topics/issues. Such presentations can be made in any situation such as during conventions, group gatherings, etc.
Dr. Udeaja is a result-oriented medical professional with over twenty years of professional experience working in both academia and the pharmaceutical industry. He is currently working in a biopharmaceutical company. He also holds Adjunct Associate Professorship with a local University School of Pharmacy. In these companies, he has led and managed people and several key projects. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Udeaja spent time in academic practice as Assistant Professor of Pharmacy and Medicine and Director of Pharmacology Education where he taught pharmacology and clinical use of drugs to medical residents, students and staff physicians.
While in academic practice, Dr. Udeaja was in the speakers’ bureau of several pharmaceutical companies, making presentations to physicians and other healthcare practitioners on therapeutic options across multiple diseases and therapeutic areas.
After obtaining both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Chemistry from the Portland State University, Dr Udeaja continued his education at the Mercer University School of Pharmacy in Atlanta where he obtained a doctorate degree in Pharmacy and subsequently completed a post-graduate Residency Training in Clinical Pharmacy at the Oregon Health Sciences University. While his education is mostly in the medical sciences, Dr. Udeaja often points out his great passion in human development and dynamics and the impact of family upbringing and early socialization on people and society. An interest he developed from his early childhood experiences and taking several courses in philosophy, psychology, and sociology during his college education. He has also benefitted tremendously from many management trainings he has participated in his professional career.
While in college, Dr. Udeaja was very active in student government, serving as Students Council representative, the President of Nigerian Students Union in the whole of Oregon and a respected leader of the Association of African Students in the state.
Dr. Udeaja is an engaging motivational speaker and a Clinical Pharmacist who has authored publications in scientific journals. He has spoken to a number of Nigerian groups in the United States during their annual cultural events on topics related to health, education, culture and family. In 2007 while visiting his home country Nigeria, he was invited to speak at a program sponsored by the Nigerian National Agency for Prohibition of Traffic In Persons (NAPTIP) at Onitsha. He also speaks to elementary school children who often enjoy his motivating statements and down to earth approach.
Dr. Udeaja regularly contributes articles to The Daily Sun, a Nigerian major Newspaper and is a US Contributor to the Forward Magazine published in Nigeria.
